Building And Grounds Committee
The Building and Grounds Committee has overall responsibility to maintain both the physical building and the surrounding grounds. It has the additional responsibility of insuring that the both areas are kept in a consistent manner.
Duties include the following:
· Insuring that repairs are made in a timely manner.
· Maintaining the heating and air conditioning systems.
· Painting, were and when necessary.
· Assisting and implementing interior furniture and utilities for other committees.
· Replacing trees, bushes and plants on an as needed basis.
· Scheduling Spring and Fall cleanups of the grounds.
· Ordering and installing new equipment.
· Coordinating Rentals of the Building

Appoint sub-committees for specific projects

Provide a Building Use Policy and maintain its
update.
